Terms and conditions of personalisation:

- no final visualisation provided so well explained location and size of the provided logo is required, example: left chest size about 4 inches. We dont guarantee the size of the logo as there is many factors due to production complexity but will be as close to described size as possible.

- on each of the panels ( front, back, left sleeve, right sleeve ) we can place only 1 graphic file. Graphic file can be text or logo or a combination of both but it has to be in 1 file and distance and proportions need to be kept the way you want it on the product as it will be placed and printed in such a way.

- every part of the file sent to us will be adjusted to fit the panel. We will fit the graphic so it stays within boundries of the panel. If a part of the file eg. logo fits but text is too large we will scale down the file to fit the text but logo will be scaled down proportionally.

- we do not take responsibility for the quality of sent graphics. Every sent file should be as minimum 200dpi ( we will advise if graphic is below certain level of what we believe is acceptable ) We can accept JPG,PSD,PDF,PNG files.

- Graphics can not cover our logotypes. We can refuse to print the order and will do a refund if we believe provided logo does not belong to the sender eg. logo of well known brands. We do not print anything that may be considered as offencive.

- Products made to order are not available for return or refund once manufactured.
