Four panel construction of the shorts. Top section with unique shape and non stretchable fabric helps to keep shorts steady and comfortable on the waist. Build in string in the waist holds them well during the training. Extra stretchy fabric on the inside part of shorts gives them extra flexibility and open cut on the outside helps with high kicks.
